On Saturday, May 9, 2009 The Star-Ledger | NJ.com and the Monmouth Park Race Track will host the first “Great Destinations of New Jersey Celebration”. This event will occur Opening Day of the racetrack and celebrate the wonderful vacation, entertainment and travel destinations of New Jersey.

The public is invited to join us for this celebration and everyone is admitted free of charge (2008 attendance topped 12,000). Attendees will pick up their Great Destinations of New Jersey passport at the gate and enter to win Garden State travel prizes and trips at exhibitor booths where they will find great travel and vacation ideas- it’s eco-friendly to go local!
